Who is responsible

The operator of tfigames.org publishes this guide and is the controller for the choices described here. Contact [email protected]. The games at tfigames.com are a different site with their own pages and their own policy.

What is stored on your device

Key name: tfi-consent, in local storage. Value: a choice of granted or denied, plus an expiry. Retention: 180 days, then the banner can show again. Purpose: remember whether you accepted or rejected the notice. The banner is an announcement and a way to withdraw, not a gate: with no stored choice the page loads the three services below and records granted.

Key name: tfi-float-closed, in local storage. Value: a closed flag and an expiry. Retention: 180 days. Purpose: remember that you pressed Hide ad on the fixed Adsterra Social Bar, so it does not return on the next page view or reload. You can clear it with this site’s storage controls by clearing this site’s storage.

If the browser sends Global Privacy Control, the choice is stored as denied and the three services are not loaded. We do not read a tracking-preference header on the server, because these pages are static files.

The footer control labelled Cookie settings opens the same banner so you can change the stored choice. Reject writes denied and reloads this page to stop running third-party code; the saved choice prevents those services loading on later views. Accept writes granted and loads them again.

Third parties that load

Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, property website_351_gameinfo_tfigames.org). Purpose: count page views and understand which guides are read. Cookies: _ga for about 2 years and _ga_ for about 2 years; both carry a random client identifier. Data goes to Google Analytics in the United States. Cookie lifetimes can vary with browser settings and Google configuration. Loading policy: enabled by default; Reject stops this service. A default setting is not an affirmative consent action. Consent Mode v2 starts with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied, analytics_storage granted, and ads_data_redaction enabled, before any Google config. Loading the Google tag does not itself grant the three advertising permissions.

Microsoft Clarity (project z87q3ux4vp). Purpose: heat maps and session recordings that show where a guide is hard to use. Cookies: _clck stores the Clarity user identifier and preferences, and _clsk connects page views into a session. Browser rules and vendor settings determine their lifetime. Clarity supports sensitive-content masking; vendor retention varies by data type and project settings; this guide does not claim a project-specific retention duration. Data goes to Microsoft. Adsterra (publisher 3403020; Native Banner unit 32084759 and Social Bar unit 32084760). Purpose: show the in-page native ad and the fixed bottom-right bar, cap frequency, measure impressions and clicks, and attribute conversions. Adsterra and its demand partners set their own cookies and identifiers on bicea.org, adsterra.com, ad.srtk.net, acscdn.com and the creative domains; their names and lifetimes are determined by the creative and demand partner, so this page does not invent a complete cookie-name list. Data may include IP address, device and browser details, referring page, and ad interactions, and may be shared with advertisers for measurement. Retention is set by Adsterra’s own policy. Advertising creatives can make requests to additional demand-partner hosts, including cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.show-sb.com, cdn.cloudpiko.com and static.nresystems.com. The final host list depends on the creative served. The Outfit font is served from this site’s own files, so there is no request to fonts.googleapis.com. There is no traffic-mesh or other banner SDK on these pages.

Email you send

Mail to [email protected] is kept long enough to reply and to make a correction, then deleted when the thread is finished unless a dispute is still open. Legal basis: your message is a request you chose to send. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Your rights and changes

You can ask for a copy of the mail we still hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the same address. You can withdraw the analytics and advertising choice at any time with Cookie settings or Reject, and you can erase the on-device choices by clearing this site’s storage.

Legal basis for the guide itself is our legitimate interest in publishing sourced information about publicly available browser games. The on-device choices are stored so the banner and the hidden floating bar do not repeat every visit for 180 days. Where applicable law requires prior consent, this default-on setting does not establish that consent; visitors can stop these services using Reject.

We will change this page when the scripts change, and we will change the date at the top. The previous text is replaced on this URL.
